The lettuce tart, my starter, and the apple tart, dessert, both from My Tuscan Kitchen. Both easy to make and delicious. This is the second time I have made these. Thank you Aurora!!!

I served these sweet potato gnocchi's, recipe from a Bon Appetit & Gourmet Holiday Entertaining book. They were really really good! I also served herbed rack of lamb, recipe from Gordon Ramsey
